Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, likely sooner.

Once your order ships, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update. If you have not received this email, kindly check your other email folders, or email us at truewavegrilling@gmail.com for further support. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Should inaccurate or incomplete addresses information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

How Can I Change My Order?

If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your cart or change your address, please contact truewavegrilling@gmail.com as soon as possible. Since we process orders as quickly as possible to expedite shipping times, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order details before your order begins processing but we’ll do our best.

 

I Didn’t Receive my Package

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information as well, in case it was delivered there instead.
