I don’t usually write reviews, but ever since I bought my True Wave, it’s been impossible to go back. Tried it first with chicken wings, and it worked perfectly. Since the grease is all trapped, it sort of cooks underneath the chicken, just packing everything with more flavor. I’ve used it now with almost everything I grill, and can’t believe how much it helps. It’s also easy to clean, and comes with instructions for use that makes it really simple. Buy one, you’ll never look back.
